Psyche is a concept that's been floating about in my head for a while, ever since i tried to personify emotions last year. If you rake through my gallery you'll find Hate and Desire already in there.
basically there's the negative (dark/bad/evil) emotions that live in the 'Darkness' of the mind, and the positive (good/light) emotions that live in the 'Light', and they fight for control of the subconcious. meanwhile there is Neutral and her helper Shifter that try to maintain a balance.
it would be etraordinarily hard to write, everyone's subconcious being very individual and personal, and as such i don't think i'm even gonna try, but i sat down this week and drew all 21 characters and a few different forms and combinations of them.
i've enjoyed personifying my emotions, and their backstories and relationships were fun to come up with. not everyone has a song yet i'm affraid i'm a bit too tired to raid my mediaplayer. i dont know if any psychology people out there will be able to tell something about me from them heh.
people who follow my work should recognise a few character designs. i re-used a few of my most loved characters because i felt they were best to define parts of me. Lies is a rather obvious Tallir rip, and Hope is very Karecin.
speaking of positive emotions, i plan to do the scale of good tomorrow sometime. keep a look out ^_^
