Sox and Toaflax

brother and sister characters from Eternity. i don't think i've drawn them before. I'm quite happy with how they turned out, I think I got them spot on. Which is unusual considering it was my first time drawing them. Especially happy with the hair, and Toaflax's face is pretty darn accurate.


Toaflax is an easy-going, romantic and generous soul, who loves horticulture and cooking. He makes a good living for himself growing vegetables in the Wolf Club's Wiccan garden/hunting game in the Campsite woods and selling it at an inter-reality market at his stall BlackMarket Foods. He has employed Ravendale's Detra and Tristen before as game hunters and helpers at his stall. I adore Toaflax; he's as sweet and charming as he is handsome- your classic Jayden descendant.

Sox, meanwhile, is bat-crap crazy, but harmless. They're of Jayden/Anscahn descent jjferrit.deviantart.com/art/Ai…, but while Toaflax got all the Jayden charm and wit, Sox inherited your classic Anscahn mental illnesses. Luckily she didn't get anything life threatening, like the seizures and metabolic disorders which ensure most of Anscah's descendants die young, but she is a little disturbed. Toaflax got into food and cooking from having to provide for her.


bit of trivia- Toaflax was named after the rabbit Toadflax in Watership Down, and Sox was named after the wolf Two Socks in Dances with Wolves, also why she has a vaguely native american look.
