ah, at last a life drawing i do like ^
 her back was to me, i had just got a new set of pastels, the paper available was so the right colour, and there was very little skin to worry about ^_^ i could hardly screw up the proprtions in this piece right? the set up was she was sitting on a stool with a long dress and we had to show folds and shadows and how perspective can distort the dots, but the floor had a dalmation spot rug and i though, why don't i flow the dress into the floor? and so i did, cuz i like to be a lil abstract  and cuz there wasn't a lot of skin, i was able to muster the patience to actually work into it and get the colour and tone just right, and i love drawing hair, in life drawing and my usual charcater designs alike one of the alst life drawing sessions i had and i have to say my best by far EDIT: oh wow that's much better. my camera isn't the best so now that i finally have my photoshop reinstalled i got the chance to edit the contrast so it wasn't so dark, really brought the highlights to life i'm even happier with it now ^_^ |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
